Very Good
As a return customer, I would like to suggest the breakfast issue I have when I book rooms with breakfast for 1 adult with a child ( the room facility was for two adults )but In the end, my child's meal was extra charged, it is not much but annoying please make it more clear and accurate In general, the service is good, the location is very strategic and has private access to the mall
Airconditioning needs an upgrade in some rooms more variety in Breakfast menu

What was the highlight of HARRIS Hotel Kuta Galleria - Bali
A good, clean hotel with friendly staff but the water needs to be hit in the shower please.
The hotel was very clean and suitable for a stopover before flying home. There is access at the rear of the property to a huge shopping centre. Staff were all very friendly.
The water was cold when I wanted to shower.

Good basic hotel near airport.
Basic hotel with comfy beds. Staff were helpful and were very prompt with shuttle to airport, which was in their van for 150k. Nice breakfast - fresh omelettes, good fruit, and hot dishes.
Needs redecorating- property looks tired.
